One of our previous clients needed to update their website with new branding, new responsive code, and a new focus on exclusive developments happening in Miami. They came to us to assist with their project, and provided design direction and brand guidelines. We adapted their ideas for the web and launched the new site in July 2015. (Worked on while part of the Neutrino, Inc design team.)
Exclusive Developments
One part of the site that we added was the Exclusive Developments page. When we originally built their site in 2010 the Miami real estate market was not having the boom that it is now. The past few years has seen massive amounts of new constructions all along the coast of South Florida and ONE SIR was becoming a major player. We designed and promoted this new section to show ONE SIR's expertise in these developments.
Fully Responsive
In the original design (from 2010) we had a mobile website, which was the standard practice at the time. For the redesign we did the whole thing responsively so that no content would be "hidden" or hard to find while on your phone.
